Looseville Debut

(Daphne Ruth showing Pinkie a little sisterly love.)

After months of anticipation, Pinkie Jenkins and I finally made our Looseville debut here in Kentucky. Pinkie took a special trip up from Hotlanta to help make it a simply huge event. It was just like old times as we gossiped around our makeup stations, adding layer upon layer of glitter and glamour to our already gorgeous mugs.

Peppa Roni Jenkins wasn’t able to make it out that night due to a nasty case of gas. However, she was thoughtful enough to send her houseboy, Kevin, over with a special delivery of pizza. The darling asked whether or not we’d really want to eat right before going out on the town all dolled up. He’s obviously not hung out with the Jenkins clan before. Those pizza pies were gone before he could get his hands on a slice. To make it up to him, though, we smacked him with a little glitter and dragged him along for the night.

Naturally, our first stop for the evening was the show room at The Infection. We got there just before the first performance of the night and were literally mauled by throngs of brides-to-be and other bachelorette party attendees. They clearly recognized Pinkie and me from one of our many unreleased films. The place went wild as soon as we got there; I’m still having vision problems from all the flash photography pointed in our direction.

All three of us enjoyed the hell out of the LaBoy LeFemme show that night. Hurricane Summers and the rest of the cast are absolutely top notch entertainers. I was sad, though, that Mokha Montrese was in Chicago that weekend for Continental. I would have liked for Pinkie to see her perform; she’s a whole lotta woman.

After the show a bunch of our friends showed up at the bar, so we decided to go exploring. We couldn’t drag Pinkie away from Privates, the “man’s bar” complete with a boy dancing in a shower. Talk about good clean fun! Of course, things only went downhill from there. Next we hit GMO where Pinkie proceeded to eat a banana split sundae right off one of the strippers. That girl will put anything in her mouth!

I was sad to see Pinkie head back at the end of the weekend. But alas, my refrigerator and cupboards were empty. I hope she’ll be back soon with more of the Jenkins clan so that we can show Looseville how to party like drag queens!

Smooches,
Daph

Hey Pinkie,

You were such a lovely guest. I can't wait for your next visit.

Hopefully, I'll be able to make it back to Hotlanta soon. You better stock your liquor cabinet, girl!

Smooches,
Daph
